Shipping & Delivery
We always do our very best to ship items out as quickly as possible. When an order is received, we typically ship out the order within 2-3 business days (add 7 business days for personalized items).
If you have a situation where you would like your order shipped as quickly as possible, please email and let us know as we will always do our best to accommodate our customers
Delivery charges are based on
- The delivery option you choose
- The weight, size and dimension of your items
- Shipping preferrences
Delivery charges will be calculated automatically during check-out process.
Local Singapore orders:
Free of Charge for orders over $50 (applies only for purchase of bags and pencil cases/pouches)
International orders:
You have the options of using either Singapore's SpeedPost Air Parcel (6-14 days) or Speedpost EMS (1-5 days), unless otherwise specified.

We process and use personal data only for services within www.Peek-a-moo.com and the Peek-a-moo.com Newsletters for personalization and/or to save you time by not repeating your input. Exchange and Refunds Policy
At Peek-a-Moo.com, we assure you that all our quality products are carefully checked prior delivery. We understand that faults do occur and we will happily exchange items that are genuine proven in our opinion to be defective.
For defective items you can email customercare@peek-a-moo.com providing details of your defective item. Once we have received notice from you, we will instruct you as to how to return the item. If the item is already sold-out or out of stock, we will offer you alternatives of the same value for exchange. We will absorb the shipping charges and have the new item sent out to you once we receive the original defective item.

Peek-a-Moo.com makes it easy for you to make a purchase, whether you want the 24-hour convenience of online ordering or appreciate the customer-friendly interaction of ordering by phone or by email your order.
Order Online
To order an item online, simply click the "Add to Cart" button to place an item in your shopping cart. When you have finished adding items to your cart, click the "Checkout Now" button and follow the directions for completing your transaction.
Order by Email
List down the product SKU, name, color (if applicable) and quantity - and email the details to customercare@peek-a-moo.com
Order by Phone
Call us at (65) 6575 8486 during office hours (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 5.00pm).

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment Methods:
1. Credit Card Payment via Paypal
2. Fund Transfer (for local Singapore orders)
3. Cheque (for local Singapore orders)
If you opt for Fund Transfer or cheque, kindly email customercare@peek-a-moo.com with your name and invoice number once you have done the transfer or sent the cheque. Note that orders not paid for within 3 days will be treated as cancelled and the items released for sale to other customers.
Pricing, Misprints and Errors on Website:
We strive to provide current and accurate information on our our website. Nevertheless, errors and misprints may occur. Accordingly we reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for goods or services for which the price was incorrectly displayed.
Peek-a-moo.com reserves this right at any stage of the online ordering processing, including after an order has been submitted. Peek-a-moo.com is not obligated to sell products or services based on errors or misprints on our website.

Viewing Orders
You can track your order in "My Account"
Please check your email to see whether you have received a despatch confirmation from us. This email will confirm the delivery date or estimated date.
